Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026. These terms govern your use of sideris.art and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

All prints are made to order and produced by WhiteWall (Germany). Open Editions are produced on demand; Limited Editions are capped at the stated number. Colours may vary slightly between screen and print.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT for EU orders. For orders outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility (see our Shipping Policy and International Orders guide). The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Shipping, returns and withdrawal

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Return Policy, in line with EU consumer law.

Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity on the goods purchased, as provided by applicable law.

Intellectual property

All images, text and graphics on this site are protected. Original photographs are the property of Stefano Martellucci; curated images are used under their respective licences (e.g. CC BY 4.0 ESA/NASA) with attribution. You may not reproduce or resell them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The competent court is that of Padova, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
