Shipping policy

Production and dispatch

All Sideris Art prints are made to order at WhiteWall, one of Europe's leading fine art photography labs, located in Germany. Production typically completes within 24 hours of your order being placed.

WhiteWall does not produce on German public holidays, international public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link (typically DHL). From that point you can follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping rates

All shipments are tracked. Flat-rate shipping applies for Italy and the EU. For destinations outside the EU, the rate shown at checkout is indicative — the final rate is calculated based on destination and total order.

Non-EU orders: Shipping costs above do not include customs duties, import VAT, or carrier handling fees. These are paid by the recipient upon delivery.

These are estimates under normal conditions. Sideris Art cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment is in transit.

Packaging

Fine Art Prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced rigid acid-free tube with sealed cap. Acid-free tissue paper protects the print surface. The tube is designed to withstand standard international handling.

Dibond Panels are shipped flat in reinforced cardboard with corner protectors and expanded polyethylene wrap. The panel arrives ready to hang — mounting hardware is pre-installed.

WhiteWall packaging is specifically engineered for fine art in international transit. The real-world damage rate is under 1%.

Damaged or lost shipments

Open the parcel within 48 hours of delivery and inspect the print. If the print is damaged in transit:

  • Photograph both the packaging (outside and inside) and the damaged print — 3 to 4 photos
  • Email the photos to support@sideris.art within 72 hours of delivery, including your order number
  • A free replacement will be arranged — WhiteWall covers 100% of the replacement cost, no return of the damaged print is required

If your tracking shows the shipment as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Shipping address and gift orders

You can ship to an address different from your billing address. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, we do not include pricing information in the package. If you would like a personalised note included, write to support@sideris.art after placing the order.

Peak season

Orders placed between December 1 and December 20 may experience 3–5 additional business days of production delay due to high volume at WhiteWall. Christmas delivery deadlines by destination:
